within City and County zoninng requirements. Whether subdivision or industrial site, developing conceptual drawings and engineering estimates, representing the owner before the planning commission and providing final details and specifications to assist the owner with obtaining the development goals.

Permitting

2SEC has years of experience with completing the required permits for NPDES Stormwater for Industrial and Construction sites, permits for Open Cut Mining facilities as well as Corps of Engineer and Railroad crossing permits.
